Since September 1 the Russian corporations from all branches the economy having technological communication networks with number of autonomous system, will be obliged to store a traffic in the territory Russian Federation within three years and to provide access to authorized bodies. Such obligation follows from the amendment to Federal law of the Russian Federation of 7 April 2003 No. 126-FZ "On Communications" which was signed by President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin...
