Operators want to coordinate dismantle of base stations from Mintsifra

The largest mobile network operators and INDEPENDENT NONCOMMERCIAL ORGANIZATION TSE develop amendments to Federal law of the Russian Federation of 7 April 2003 No. 126-FZ "On Communications" which will forbid dismantle of cellular towers from objects of the state and municipal ownership without coordination from Mintsifra.
