In Lipetsk starts the local history draft of the Steel Tree program

In Lipetsk with support of Charity fund "Miloserdie", the social partner of NLMK, the new local history project on preservation of a cultural heritage of the region started. It became possible thanks to the grant program "Steel Tree" which is realized by fund since 2017.
