Vyacheslav Volodin: The format of the parliamentary conference "Russian Federation — Africa" can become annual

Politicians expect to lay the foundation for forming of the relations on the principles of friendship the Format of the International parliamentary conference "Russian Federation — Africa" is planned to make annual, the chairman of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin reported during a meeting with the speaker of the Senate of Parliament of Congo Pierre Ngolo.
