According to information on the violations, arrived from Managements on Komi Republic branch FEDERAL STATE UNITARY ENTERPRISE "GRCHTS" in Northwestern Federal District, Management Directorate of the federal service for supervision in Sphere of communication, information technologies and mass communications on Komi Republic (further Management) was made 14 administrative reports on ch.ch. 2 and 3 Art. 13.4 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences (an edition of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences of 03.09.2019), are considered cases on administrative offenses concerning natural persons to whom punishment in the form of the prevention is appointed.
