Regional project "City Laboratory" and parallel program of a biennial of Artmossfer

The IV biennial of street art of Artmossfer till March 22 accepts demands from artists, curators and critics on participation in the parallel program, and also the new regional project "City Laboratory". Laboratory task – to help representatives of art community to exchange from the different cities experience of creation of art in city space and on a result to realize concepts of own projects.
