Fumio Kisida plan to achieve LDP victory on local elections

The prime minister Japan Fumio Kisida, speaking at party congress to Tokyo, urged members of ruling Liberal democratic party to achieve a victory on national local elections in April, reports on February 27 agency Kiodo Tsusin.
