VEON change debts with investors

The Russian holders of the release of eurobonds of VEON Holdings since February 10 had an opportunity to leave them. In one of the offered options it is possible to exchange eurobonds for new five-year ruble bonds Public joint-stock company "Vympel-Kommunikatsii", in other case them will redeem with discount. It is the first transaction on an exchange of eurobonds of VEON within its exit from the Russian market and sales Public joint-stock company "Vympel-Kommunikatsii". However experts consider that the offered conditions are favorable to issuer more whereas investors would accept issue of replacing bonds or their repayment face value.
