Copyright of authors of encyclopedias and translators decided to protect

The rights of founders of derivative and compound works will protect not less, than the rights of authors of their source codes. Such bill State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation adopted in the first reading at plenary session on February 8. The document makes the changes directed on protection of the rights of authors of derivative and compound works to the Civil code. The bill is prepared on the basis of the solution of the Constitutional vessels who recognized unconstitutional norms, in certain cases vessels allowing refusal in protection of copyright of the founder of compound work.
