After parting all it seems impossible. The person loses motivation to any kind activity, including to gym visit. We know that regular physical exercises are useful both to a body, and to reason: they reduce risk of diseases and reduce symptoms of a depression, concern and a stress. But when we endure the most difficult periods in our private life, this sincere and physical lifting not always seems to us available. In particular, the broken heart can cause in you feeling of exhaustion. It is not surprising that the gym seems the last place where you want to go...
