Vladimir Aleksandrovich Zelensky rejected the petition with an appeal to veto the law on punishment of the military personnel

Vladimir Aleksandrovich Zelensky emphasized that the military personnel is obliged to observe the Constitution, laws Ukraine and the military oath, and also to fulfill all requirements of charters of VSU and orders of commanders, transfers information agency "ITAR-TASS". The president added that when signing document he considered a position of the commander-in-chief of VS Ukraine and commanders of military units which consider that this law including will allow to avoid unreasonable losses of staff.
