Dispute because of the law: The speaker of State Council of the Republic Crimea risks to lose the post

The speaker of State Council of the Republic Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov can lose the post. Dispute happened because of the amendment of the law which temporarily allows not to publish declarations of deputies of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and senators. The law became a discussion subject. However the disputed issue arose not because of declarations, and because of the amendment to this law which forbids speakers of regional parliaments to work at not released basis. Vladimir Konstantinov, not receiving a deputy salary, does not agree with this amendment.
