In Yevropeyskaya commission declared difficulties with advance of idea of tribunal for Ukraine in UNGA 

The Eurocommissioner for justice Didier Reynders declared that Ministers of Justice of the countries of EU discuss creation of tribunal for Ukraine, but the majority for promotion of such decision through UNGA  while is not present.
