The Cossack general set to army atamans the strategic tasks for 2023

In a staff of ALL-RUSSIAN COSSACK ASSOCIATION in the VKS mode the ataman of the Cossack society Nikolai Doluda held the working meeting first in 2023 with participation of atamans of 12 army and 3 district Cossack societies.
