The West and Russian Federation are measured by tribunals

Deputies European Parliament on Thursday adopted the resolution with rigid criticism Russian Federation and an appeal to create tribunal for Ukraine. Meanwhile existing international legislation assumes possibility of creation of such tribunal only under the auspices of United Nations, and Moscow as the permanent member of Security Council will precisely block a similar initiative. So instead and in the West, and to Russian Federation suggest to create own, independent of United Nations tribunals for Ukraine. Russian Federation hopes to see in such tribunal of the real allies.
