Investigating authorities of Investigation department Investigative committee The Russian Federation onKurgan region brought criminal case concerning the individual entrepreneur suspected of commission of crime, provided ch.2 by Art. 145.1 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (full nonpayment over two months salaries, made of mercenary or other personal interest). According to the investigation, since June, 2022 to the present the businessman did not pay salary to the worker after it dismissals.
