The prime minister Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin signed the order about creation of 16 soldiers of training centers at higher education institutions in regions, including Pskov. About it reports Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti" with reference to the relevant document from the official Internet portal of legal information.
