Russians called obligatory dishes on a New Year's table. For 68% of Russians an obligatory dish on a New Year's table - Russian salad, transfers TV channel "RT" with reference to results of survey which was conducted by analysts of Group "AlfaStrakhovanie". Herring under a fur coat - on the second place (21%). It became clear also that champagne the integral attribute of a New Year's table was called by 97% of Russians. Thus only 15% of respondents supported tangerines. Besides, to cook roast from a bird - chicken, a duck and a goose plan 47% of respondents.
