Parliament of Republic of Moldova imposed a ban on shutdown of debtors from utilities because of a difficult economic situation against a rise in prices for gas. "Voices of 70 deputies approved the bill of a ban of disconnections from housing-and-municipal services during the cold period from November 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023" — noted in the publication.
