Director general FOND KAPITALNOGO REMONTA TULA OBLAST Kira Ignatchik releases the post to head Ministry of Construction and Housing-Communal Services of the Tula region. On December 8 at meeting concerning regional constructions with participation of the governor Tula Region Alexey Dyumin became known of new appointment. The new minister of constructions to area becomes Kira Ignatchik, having passed to this position from a post of the head of Fund of overhaul.
