Victor Orban: the future of EU should not be under construction on debts because of Ukraine

According to chapter Government of Hungary Victor Orban, EU risks to appear in a debt hole if continues rash policy on support Ukraine. Also it disproved information that Budapest allegedly blocked a tranche to Kiev for the sum of 18 billion euros. "It is misinformation.
