At meeting European Council could not coordinate a package helps to Ukraine on €18 billion

During today's meeting European Council member countries of EU could not coordinate completely a package the financial helps for Ukraine, providing allocation of credit support by it at the rate to €18 billion in 2023. Earlier Hungary refused to support coordination of a package.
