In Day of lawyers by tradition the legal dictation the Ceremony of rewarding of the Highest legal award "Lawyer years" founded by the Decree President of the Russian Federation in October, 2009 is also started, passed, as uzhesoobshchalos, on December 3 in the Moscow concert hall "Zaryadye".
