Chapter of Ministry Republic Finland defenses declared the beginning of the second cold war

The Minister of Defence declared Finland Antti Samuli Kaykkonen during panel discussion within conference on safety which takes place in Berlin on December 1. "I am afraid that we are in the beginning of the second cold war. It is sad" — the Minister of Defence of the country declared.
