The press secretary of the president Dmitry Peskov commented on information on the beginning of work on creation of the Ukrainian and European tribunal which was announced by Ministry Europe and foreign affairs of French Republic. According to the representative of the Kremlin, attempt of creation by the West of "tribunal" for Ukraine will not be legitimate, will not be accepted and will be condemned.
