We inform that cases and the bases of redistribution of lands and (or) land plots, being in state or municipal ownership, and land plots, being in a private property, are provided by Art. 39.28 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 25 October 2001 No. 136-FZ "On the Land Code of the Russian Federation".
