Ukraine accused of non-compliance with the Convention on a ban of antipersonnel mines

Ukraine does not fulfill the requirement of the Convention about a ban the antipersonnel min. About it it is approved in the statement of the participating countries of the convention. In the press release it is emphasized that Ukraine does not destroy stocks the antipersonnel min. Earlier Kiev declared that PFM-1 world "Petal" has 3,3mln antipersonnel. These stocks were liable to destruction by January 30, 2023. By this time of the power Ukraine have to provide an assessment of the remained quantity of mines and tell about a course of their destruction.
