Moscow Government included eye artificial limbs in the list of technical means of the rehabilitation provided at the expense of budgets of the city. The relevant resolution was signed by Sergey Sobyanin. So far eye artificial limbs provided at the expense of the city only to disabled people, however to 50% of patients at the time of surgery are not disabled people and when carrying out medico-social examinations cannot be recognized by them.
