Participants of the program of the investment quotas, the constructed fish plants, can lose ahead of schedule the rights for the received resource, the All-Russian association of fishery managers (VARPE) warned. The sanction threatens for processing less than 70% of volume of a quota. But with performance of this condition at businesses there are difficulties including because of a legislation defect.
