The 45-day transition period suggested to enter EU after the ceiling of the prices of the Russian oil which level can be coordinated tomorrow, will start working on November 23, during a meeting of ambassadors EU, reports information agency "Bloomberg" with reference to the relevant document. It is planned that in case of final approval the limit of prices of oil from Russian Federation will be valid from December 5. The transition period will concern oil which was loaded till December 5 and is shipped by January 19.
