Subjects of business in Azerbaijan in 1992-2022gg received the soft loans through the state funds for total amount of 2,8 billion manats, the Minister of Economics Mikail Dzhabbarov declared. According to him, at the expense of the soft loans in Azerbaijan 179 thousand workplaces are still created.
