Moscow and area withdrew the agenda

In the afternoon on Monday the capital mayor Sergey Sobyanin declared end in Moscow partial mobilization. According to him, plans of the Ministry of Defence for a set in armies in the city are implemented, and agenda already written out and dispatched to citizens "stops the action" from 14 o'clock on October 17. Additional points of mobilization developed by the city authorities in museums and theaters were closed. To evening of Monday the end of partial mobilization was declared also by the governor situated near Moscow Andrey Vorobyov — he also declared that citizens who on hands already have agenda, can not come to military registration and enlistment offices.
