Vladimir Putin allowed top military commanders to award fighters on behalf of the president

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the decree allowing commanders of groups of armies (forces) to hand over a number of the state fighting awards soldiers and officers from a name President of the Russian Federation. The decree is published on October 7 on the official site of legal information. Such decision is made for more expeditious rewarding of the military personnel of VS Russian Federation and other persons which have caused a stir during special military operation.
