Court refused the correspondence arrest of the ex-editor of TV channel "Pervy kanal" Marina Ovsyannikov

Moscow, on October 5 - newspaper "Argumenty i fakty". Basmanny district court of Moscow refused to a consequence the correspondence arrest of the ex-editor of TV channel "Pervy kanal" Marina Ovsyannikov, disappeared from investigation authorities from under house arrest, reports information agency "ITAR-TASS". In the press service of vessels explained that the decision on toughening of a measure of restraint was not made because of absence of the prosecutor on meeting. Thus, the measure of restraint in the form of house arrest remained without changes. Earlier Moscow court sent Marina Ovsyannikov under house arrest till October 9.
