Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation ratified contracts about acceptance in structure Russian Federation Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic, the Kherson and Zaporozhye areas. The decision was made unanimously at the 530th plenary session. As the speaker of the upper house of parliament Valentina Matviyenko noted, senators supported will of inhabitants of these territories.
