Before coming into effect of a ban of EU for sea import of the Russian oil there were a little more than two months, and deliveries to its countries and United Kingdom were already reduced approximately by 60% for that was before introduction of sanctions, reports on October 4 information agency "Bloomberg". In four weeks till September 30 sea export of the Russian oil to the European countries fell to the lowest level in a year, having made 660 000 barrels a day that on 136 000 barrels a day, or 17% are, less, than for the period to September 23.
