Armenia and Azerbaijan talked in language of charges

Armenia and Azerbaijan took the first step to the peace treaty: in Geneva there took place a meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of two countries, devoted to preparation of this document. However even from statements of the parties following the results of negotiations it is possible to draw a conclusion: to make the agreement text soon hardly it will turn out. Moreover, in day of a meeting in a network there was video on which, allegedly, Azerbaijani military shoot the Armenian prisoners of war.
