In September real estate most of all rose in price to Almaty

By estimates of analysts of a site Krisha.kz, the price in Kazakhstan by the secondary market in September grew in ten cities of Kazakhstan. The maximum growth in a month happened to Almaty: %2B1,9%. For 1 sq.m in the southern capital asked on the average 671,3 thousand tenges. On the second place of Families – here for 1 sq.m. asked 353,8 thousand tenges. The three of leaders is closed by Astana – 481,6 thousand tenges for 1 sq.m. The prices did not change in three cities: Ust Kamenogorsk, Taldykorgane, Karagandy – remained at the level of August.
