Liberal Democratic Party of Russia was going to change the law on mobilization

Plans to enter and decipher the term "partial mobilization" in a legislative order the management of Liberal Democratic Party of Russia. Party members consider necessary to modify the law on the mobilization, adopted to Russian Federation quarter of the century back. In amendments in the document criteria of the concept "partial mobilization" will be specified and categories of citizens who need a draft deferment are designated.
