To Kirov Region prosecutor's office protected the social rights of the local resident who has taken on education of the juvenile child

Prosecutor's office of the Uni district of the Kirov region on the basis of the arrived address of the local resident carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation on protection of the social rights of citizens. It is established that the declarant brings up the juvenile child which parents are limited in the rights, however at the address in June, 2022 in territorial bodies of managements RPF on Kirov Region were refused to her granting a lump sum by transfer of the child to a family.
