Moscow, 23 Sep — the PRIME. The British FTSE 100 index did not change almost on Friday. Actions of companies spheres of health care compensated losses of quotations of the oil companies as investors expected details of the mini-budget United Kingdom which, as expected, will give an impetus to slowing-down British economy. The new minister of finance Kvazi Alfred Addo Kvarteng will submit to parliament the program which includes about 200 billion pounds sterling (225 billion dollars) on decrease in taxes, power subsidies and reforms planning.
