The prime minister Mikhail Mishustin declared the offer since January 1 to enter a universal grant for families with the low income. "It will unite a number of operating measures of social protection, including payments which are provided in connection with the birth or adoption of the kid and before achievement of three years by it" — Mikhail Mishustin told during government meeting.
