YouTube convicted of the ignore list dizlaykov. Why to people recommend video which enrage them?

Mozilla Foundation conducted large-scale research in which more than 20 000 users of YouTube participated. All of them used the special RegretsReporter expansion, allowing to filter recommendations on a video hosting.
