The bill of punishment is introduced in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation for distribution of cards or images which challenge territorial integrity Russian Federation, writes Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti". The head of the commission of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on investigation of the facts of intervention of the foreign states in internal affairs of the country Vasilii Ivanovich Piskarev. According to him, it is offered to make amendments to article 1 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 25 July 2002 No. 114-FZ "On Counteraction of Extremist Activities".
