Boshko Obradovich: while Serbia will disagree, Kosovo will not be independent

The main ethnic question to Serbia — is a Kosovan question and therefore all political forces have to reach consensus concerning preservation of Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija as a part of the Serbian state.
