On September 15 in Tomsk the heating season will begin. "Average daily temperature in Tomsk was established lower than 8 degrees, and the forecast does not promise warming. Therefore the decision since Thursday to start to give heatings to houses" was made, – the deputy mayor of the city Ruslan Abasov reported.
