Since September 1, 2022 the Federal law of 14.07.2022 No. 310-FZ "About modification of Federal law of the Russian Federation of 29 December 1995 No. 223-FZ "On the Family Code of the Russian Federation" came into force and Russian Federation" Article 30 of Federal law of the Russian Federation of 29 December 2004 No. 188-FZ "On the Housing Code of the Russian Federation" is added with part 1.1 according to which the owner of premises has no right to make the actions attracting emergence of shares in the property right to this room, and the owner of a share in the right of the general property for premises has no right to make the actions attracting division of this share in the right of the general property, if as a result of the such...
