The first open Russian film festival "The Volgograd torch" came to the end on August 30

The ceremony took place on TsKZ scene, and on Tsentralnaya Embankment showed a winner picture. The hero town said goodbye to a film festival "The Volgograd torch" which for some days made it the cultural capital. From August 27 to August 30 the audience saw 8 full-length, 10 documentary and 12 short films which have left to Russian Federation in the last two years. Part of displays took place on Tsentralnaya Embankment, it was possible to look at the others absolutely free of charge in one of shopping centers.
