In Rzhev the unknown decided to joke and filled in with foaming substance the city fountain. The mayor did not estimate a joke. In the morning on August 24 instead of the fountain at a monument to the engine residents of Rzhev saw a foamy cloud because of which practically not to see water streams. In local administration such humour did not estimate: "The humour is, of course, healthy! All of us love good jokes, without humour it would be difficult to live. But any joke is pertinent if it is ridiculous all.
