The Minister of Defence Russian Federation Sergey Shoygu held telephone negotiations with the secretary general of United Nations Antonio Guterres, reported in the Telegram-channel of the Russian ministry. Conditions of safe functioning of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant became the main subject for discussion. Also Sergey Shoygu and Antonio Guterres discussed mission work on establishments of the facts of attack of VIZO in Elenovke Donetsk People's Republic (Donetsk People's Republic) and initiatives of United Nations on simplification of export of the Russian food products and fertilizers.
